Heard Mr. Vadgaonkar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and learned AGP for the Respondent - State. 2.

By the present Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, challenge is to the Notices dated 27th January 2026 and 5th February 2026 issued by Respondent No.1Director of Education. By the said Notices, the Director of Education has kept hearing with respect to the proposal to appoint an Administrator on the School, as formulated by the Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

924-909-2026-CWP=.doc Deputy Director of Education by letter dated 23rd January 2026. 3.

Thus, by the impugned Notices, only hearing has been fixed. Accordingly, no interference under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is warranted.
