The relief sought in the Writ Petition is seeking direction to carry out and complete the Re-Audit of Respondent No.5 under Section 81(6) of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies Act, 1961 by the Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 within a period of 30 days as per the order dated 15th October 2025 issued by respondent No.2 - District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Kolhapur. Learned AGP, on instructions of Respondent No.4, who is personally present in Court states that the said Re-Audit will be completed expeditiously and in any case on or before 30th April 2026. 4.

Accordingly, Respondent Nos. 3 and 4 are directed to complete the Re-Audit of Respondent No.5 on or before 30th April 2026. 5.

The Writ Petition stands disposed of in the above terms. No order as to costs.
