Learned counsel for the respondent has tendered the affidavit-in-reply. Same is taken on record.

I have heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the learned Family Court at Bandra, Mumbai is directed to decide the Application filed by the petitioner at Exhibit-6 in Petition No.A/2897/2025 in respect of custody/access of the children as early as possible. Till the decision of the said application at Exhibit-6, the parties shall follow the interim arrangement ordered by the Division Bench of this Court by order dated 13th February 2025 in Criminal Writ Petition No. 834 of 2025 in respect of custody and access of the children.
