Heard. The petitioner is seeking direction for expeditious decision of his tribe claim of belonging 'Nikda', Scheduled Tribe which is pending since 15.09.2025.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is ready to adopt the Vigilance Cell Report submitted in respect of his blood relative. He, therefore, submits that, considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous of prosecuting higher studiesl, the petitioner requires a validity certificate by the end of June 2026. 3.

Considering the above, we direct Respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 30.06.2026.
