Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP for Respondent Nos.1 to 3.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that Respondent No.3-Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad by an order dated 08.4.2025 has already decided the seniority, however, the proposal submitted in earlier point of time on 20.07.2023 by Respondent No.4 is pending before Respondent No.3-Education officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Aurangabad seeking approval to the petitioner's appointment as a Head Master. Thus, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the said proposal be directed to be decided expeditiously, since the petitioner is attaining superannuation on 31.01.2026.

Considering an innocuous prayer made in the petition without Narwade/

901-wp-1000-2026.odt entering into the merits of the matter, we direct Respondent No.3Education Officer (Secondary) to decide the proposal dated 20.07.2023 submitted by Respondent No.4- Management as expeditiously as possible and in any case by 30.01.2026 in view of the earlier order passed by Respondent No.3 dated 08.04.2025.

With this direction, Writ Petition stands disposed of. 5.
