Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AGP. Learned counsel for the petitioner relied upon the Government Resolution dated 17/12/2015. Learned counsel submits that time to time, this Court directed the respondent to decide the revenue proceedings in a timeline prescribed by the Government Resolution while deciding the application. The application was made by the petitioner to Tahsildar, Chandwad which is at page no.8 of the paper-book. The said application was made on 28/03/2025. 2.

We have heard learned AGP for the respondent. Taking an

The petitioner to appear before the Tahsildar, Chandwad on 06/05/2026 at 11:00 a.m. along with copy of this order. 3.
