By this Writ Petition iled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the Petitioner is seeking direction to the Respondent No.3 - Sub Divisional Oicer, Walwa Division, Ishwarpur to decide the Appeal No. 391/2025 expeditiously.

The learned AGP, on instructions of the Respondent No.3 - Sub Divisional Oicer, Walwa Division, Ishwarpur states that the said Appeal No. 391/2025 will be disposed of within a period of four months.

On the strength of above statement, Respondent No.3 is directed to dispose of the Appeal No. 391/2025 on or before 31st July, 2026.

Writ Petition stands disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
