The matter is moved for speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 17th March 2026.

It is submitted by Ms. Vilankar, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners, that although interest was directed to be granted, the same has inadvertently not been mentioned in the judgment dated 17th March 2026. It is, therefore, requested that in clause (c) of paragraph No. 14 of the said judgment, after the words "Rs. 50 lakh", the following words be added:

In view of the above, in clause (c) of paragraph No. 14 of the judgment dated 17th March 2026, after the words "Rs. 50 lakh", the following words shall be added:

"along with interest @ 6% p.a. with effect from 3rd July 2021." 4.

The original judgment shall stand corrected and a corrected copy of the original judgment be uploaded.
