Mr. Rodrigues, learned counsel for the Respondents has sought time to file affidavit-in-reply to the Writ Petition. This is in order to bring on record certain facts which would show that the students were offered revaluation link from 1 December 2025 to 13 December 2025 and 246 students applied including one student from the Petitioner's college. The result of 243 students on revaluation was declared on 16 December 2025 and that for the remaining three students was declared on 1 January 2026. 2.

The Respondent shall file their affidavit-in-reply to the Petition within a period of one week from today.

The Writ Petition shall be placed for further consideration on 11 February 2026, High on Board.
