By way of suo motu speaking to the minutes of the judgment dated 24 February 2026, in the beginning of paragraph 8 of the said judgment the date "12 December 2025" mentioned is corrected as "20 December 2025," on the basis of the averments made in paragraph 5 of the petition. 2.

Paragraph 8 of the said judgment shall now read as follows: "On 20 December 2025, (as set out in the paragraph 5 of the petition) the Petitioner made an inquiry with his college, Agnel's School of Law, Vashi, and was informed that the Semester - I backlog results had already been declared on 18 November 2025 and that the period for applying for revaluation had lapsed"
