Heard Mr. Kanaki, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner and Mr. Naik, learned AGP, for the Respondent-State. 2.

Mr. Kanaki, learned Counsel, states that very limited relief seeking that Land Acquisition Reference No.40 of 2020 be decided expeditiously is sought in the Writ Petition. He submits that a companion Land Acquisition Reference, being LAR No.41 of 2020 has already been disposed of by the learned District Judge-1, Solapur by the Judgment and Order dated 14th November 2025. 3.

Accordingly, in the facts and circumstances, the learned District Judge, Solapur is requested to decide Land Acquisition Reference No.40 of 2020, expeditiously on or before 31st March 2027. Arjun 1 of
