Heard Mr. Bora, learned Counsel along with Mr. Sagare, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners.

In this Writ Petition iled under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the challenge is to the legality and validity of the Order dated 15th December 2025 passed by the Tahsildar, Mandrup, Taluka - South Solapur, District - Solapur in SR/36/2025 under Section 143 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code, 1966 ("MLRC"). 3.

At the outset, Mr. Naik, learned AGP, states that, as far as the impugned Order is concerned, there is an alternate remedy of Appeal as provided under Sub-Section 3 of Section 143 of the MLRC. Arjun 1 of

In view of the said contention raised by Mr. Naik, learned AGP, Mr. Bora, learned Counsel along with Mr. Sagare, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the alternate remedy.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as sought.

However, Mr. Bora, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, states that a notice dated 25th February 2026 has been issued by the Circle Oicer, Aurad, Taluka - South Solapur, District - Solapur, stating that on 16th March 2026, the impugned Order will be implemented. 7.

To give an opportunity to the Petitioner to avail the alternate remedy, the impugned Order dated 15th December 2025 and notice dated 25th February 2026 are stayed till 30th April 2026. 8.

No coercive steps be taken pursuant to the impugned Order till 30th April 2026.
