Heard learned counsel for the Petitioners, learned counsel appearing for respondents and learned AGP appearing for the State in respective petitions.

At the outset, Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks leave to amend the cause title. Accordingly, leave as aforesaid is granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. Re-verification is dispensed with.

Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners states that in all these petitions, relief sought is seeking directions to the respondents in respect of implementation and grant of advance increment in salary pursuant to the Government Resolution No. 2089/CR/1288/176 dated 31st October 1989 and to decide their respective representations.
