After the approval granted by the Respondent-Education Oicer, as per the Scheme framed by the State Government of "Shalarth Pranali", the proposal of Petitioner No.3 was forwarded by the Education Oicer to the Deputy Director of Education on 16th January 2023. However, the Deputy Director of Education has not taken a decision on the said proposal forwarded by the Education Oicer till 1 of

Perusal of the said decision shows that the entire issue involved in the matter was considered by this Court and by recording cogent reasons, the Writ Petition was allowed by directing the Deputy Director of Education to consider the pending proposal. Hence, In the present matter, the Petitioner has also restricted his prayer, stating that if similar directions are issued to the Deputy Director of Education, his grievance would be redressed.

In the circumstances Petition stands allowed in terms of reasons recorded in Writ Petition No.1060 of 2026 decided on 10th March 2026. Accordingly, the Respondent-Deputy Director of Education is directed to consider the proposal dated 16th January 2023 forwarded by the Education Oicer within a period of two weeks from the date of production of this Order before him and if there is no fraud or any other impediment, include the name of Petitioner No.3 in the Shalarth Pranali and grant a Shalarth Identity to Petitioner No.3 within a period of two weeks thereafter.

4.

In case the Deputy Director of Education, Pune, includes the name of Petitioner No.3 in the Shalarth Pranali and provides a Shalarth Identity to Petitioner No.3, the Education Oicer shall release the 2 of

5.
