The petitioners have moved the praecipe in Civil Writ Petition No.1120/2026 stating that while passing the common order dated 17.3.2026, due to mistake on his part while supplying the details to this court, there was misunderstanding and hence seeks correction particularly in respect of Civil Writ Petition No.1120/2026. 2.

According to him, the writ petition number was wrongly recorded in column no.2 as Writ Petition No.1020/2026 instead of Writ Petition No.1120/2026 and same needs to be corrected. Secondly, he has pointed out that in para 3 of the judgment, there is only recorded about the other writ petitions of grant of advance increment in salary pursuant to the Government Resolution dated 31.10.1989. However, in this case, he is seeking direction to decide his representation in respect of getting beneits of amount of gratuity, but same is not recorded. Hence, in para 3 of the order dated 17.3.2026, the statement be added as 'to get beneits of enhanced amount of gratuity' and in Column No.2 of chart writ petition number be corrected as W.P. No.1120/2026.
