ORDER :

This Petition has worked out in view of issuance of fresh Seniority List where the Petitioners have been listed at Serial Nos. 1 and 2 in the fresh Seniority List.

Insofar as promotions to be granted to the Petitioners as KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV well as all consequential benefits to the post of Health Supervisors, in by KAVITA SUSHIL JADHAV Date: 2026.05.07 15:28:13 +0530 the Letter dated 31st March, 2026 addressed by the Respondent No.5, 1/2

908-WP 1135.2026.doc it is stated that the entire promotion process will be duly completed as per recommendation of the promotion committee and that will take approximately 15 to 20 days. The said Letter dated 31st March, 2026 alongwith fresh Seniority List is taken on record and marked 'X Colly.' for identification.

In view thereof, we direct the Respondent Nos. 4 and 5 to complete the process of promotion of the Petitioners alongwith all consequential benefits to the Petitioners for the post of Health Supervisors expeditiously and not later than six weeks from today. 4.

The Writ Petition is disposed of in the above terms. There shall be no orders as to costs.
