The only prayer put forth in the present Petition is for a direction to decide the pending appeal before the Divisional Commissioner, Pune Division, Pune, which is an innocuous prayer and no prejudice would cause to litigating parties. 2.

Considering the pendency of appeal, it would be appropriate to direct the Concerned Authority to make an endeavour to decide the pending appeal expeditiously and, in any case, within a period of three months from today.
