The petitioners are challenging order passed by the Appellate Authority in exercise of powers under Section 152 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960, against the petitioners have remedy of filing revision application before the Revisional Authority under Section 154 of the said Act. 2.

Hence, keeping all questions raised in this writ petition open to be agitated before the Revisional Authority, the present writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to file revision application.

The period spent in prosecuting present writ petition shall be excluded while considering limitation for filing revision application.
