The tribe claim of the petitioner of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe is pending for verification before the respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 05.05.2025. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the vigilance cell report has already been submitted on 14.08.2025 before the respondent/Scrutiny Committee and the petitioner has filed his reply to the same on 12.01.2026.

Considering the fact that only the matter is to be heard and final decision is to be taken, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner within a period of three months from today.
