The petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Mannervarlu Scheduled Tribe.

The tribe claim of the petitioner is pending with respondent/Scrutiny Committee since 21.08.2017. 4.

Considering the fact that it's an old proposal, in peculiar facts and circumstances, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and in any case on or before 31.03.2026.
