By this Writ Petition, the petitioner is seeking expeditious disposal of his tribe claim of belonging to 'Koli Mahadev' Scheduled Tribe which is pending before the Scrutiny Committee since 16.04.2025.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is desirous to prosecute his higher studies and needs validity certificate by the end of July 2026, we direct the respondent/Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioner as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 15.07.2026.
