After hearing at length, when this Court was not inclined to entertain the Petition, learned counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, does not prosecute the Petition, however submits that the Petitioner will file an undertaking before the Executing Court for seeking time to vacate the premises within a period six months from today.

The said affidavit shall be treated as an undertaking of the Petitioner to the Court.
