Heard Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, Mr. Kalel, learned AGP, for the Respondent-State, Mr. Jagtap, learned Counsel for Respondent No.2 and Mr. Narvankar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.3.

At the outset, Mr. Narvankar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.3, states that a very important and signiicant Direction dated 13th June 2025 issued under Section 5 of the Environment (Protection) Act, Arjun
20-WP-1196-2026.doc 1986 and Show Cause Notice for imposition of environmental compensation charges has been suppressed in the Petition. 3.
In view of the said contention raised by Mr. Narvankar, learned Counsel for Respondent No.3, Mr. Chavan, learned Counsel for the Petitioner, seeks withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to ile a fresh Petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such with liberty as sought.
