Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 places on record a photo copy of joint report which is taken on record by marking Exh. 'X', thereby informing that the stall of petitioner located on platform No.1, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar Railway Station was closed on 28.01.2026 at 23.59 hours, thereby in presence of the officials as well as the present petitioner the stall was vacated.

In view of this, it is stated that the petition has become

15_WP_1198_2026 infructuous. Learned Standing Counsel for respondent No.1 also submits that there is arbitration clause in the agreement and, therefore, the petitioner has remedy.

Learned Advocate for petitioner accepts the fact that the said shop has been closed down.

In view of the said circumstance, the petition stands disposed of as has become infructuous.
