As per the instructions, there are some shortfalls in the proposal which the respondent No. 3 would get corrected and thereafter decide it. It is then undertaken that the same would be decided within a period of six weeks. The said statement is taken as undertaking. We also direct the petitioner to make request to respondent No. 4 to cooperate with respondent No. 3 and remove the difficulties, if any, within 931-WP-1235-2026.odt

stipulated time.
