The petitioner being aggrieved by the order dated 22nd January 2026 by which Form-B submitted by him at 3:40 pm has not been accepted by the Returning Officer, has approached this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted his Form-B within the stipulated time, that is, at or before 3:00 pm on 21st January 2026. However, such a statement is not made in the writ petition.

In view of the aforesaid observation, Writ Petition No.1252 of 2026 is dismissed.
