Aggrieved by the order dated 22nd January 2026 by which Form-B submitted by him at 3:40 pm has not been accepted by the returning officer, the petitioner has approached this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted his Form-B within the stipulated time, that is, at or before 3:00 pm on 21st January 2026. 3.

However, such a statement is not made in the writ petition. Even so this dispute cannot be examined in the writ petition. Writ Petition No.1254 of 2026 is dismissed.
