Heard the learned advocate for the petitioner. Learned AGP waives the service of notice for respondents No.1 and 2. Learned advocate Mr. Dheple waives service of notice for respondent No.3 2.

The petitioner was appointed on compassionate grounds on 16.06.2025 as a Clerk with respondent No.5-School. The Management forwarded the proposal for approval of his appointment on 29.08.2025 (received on 02.09.2025), which has not yet been decided. Learned advocate for respondents No.3 submits that the said proposal would be decided within 12 weeks from today.

Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner's appointment is on a compassionate basis, we direct respondent No.3 to decide the proposal dated 29.08.2025 (received on 02.09.2025) within a period of eight (8) weeks from today, and while deciding the same, he should take note of the Government Resolution dated 31.12.2002. 4.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
