The issue raised in the present petition pertains to the direction to be issued to the CIDCO authorities pursuant to the statutory notice issued by them for removal of the alleged unauthorized construction carried out by respondent No. 6.

After hearing the learned advocate for the petitioner and upon perusing the record, when we expressed our opinion that the petitioner has an alternate remedy of filing a suit, the learned advocate for the petitioner, upon taking instructions from the petitioner, seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to pursue his cause with the authorities of respondent No. 5.
