By way of present petition, the petitioners are seeking limited prayer to issue directions to the respondent No.1 to decide the representation dated 24th October 2024. It is the submission of the petitioners that they are entitled for the benefit of Government Policy dated 25th July 2024 for relaxation of electricity bill. However, the said representation is not decided by the respondent No.1, till date. Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

In view of the limited prayer made by the petitioners, respondent No.1 is hereby directed to decide the representation dated 24th October 2024 within a period of one month from the date of production of this order before the respondent No.1.

In the meantime, it is directed that till the decision on the representation dated 24th October 2024, no coercive action be taken against the petitioners.
