Heard learned advocate for the Petitioner.

In the present petition, petitioner has impugned the tender notice dated 15.12.2025 challenging the condition No. 1.3.3.1 pertaining to the utilization of vehicles for the purpose of shifting solid waste. He further submits that except the petitioner there has been no response to the said e-tender notice and therefore according to him, Respondents/Authorities will have to go for re-tender. He therefore seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty that in case fresh tender notice contains similar condition, then he should be permitted to challenge the same by way of separate writ petition.

The prayer of the petitioner is accepted. Liberty to file fresh petition as prayed aforesaid is also granted. In view of same, writ petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
