Present writ petition takes exception to the order dated 8.12.2025 passed below Exhibit-1 in Registration Application no.832 of 2025 pending before the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Beed, whereby learned Deputy Charity Commissioner has directed that all the matters, wherein Advocate Mr. B.V. Jadhav is appearing be transferred to the Joint Charity Commissioner, at Latur for adjudication. 2.

Mr. Thombre, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that for the act of Advocate, petitioner shall not be made to suffer. Petitioner wishes to change the Advocate and continue the proceeding before Deputy Charity Commissioner, at Beed.

Perusal of the impugned order would show that directions are very specific that all the pending matters, wherein, Advocate Mr. B.V. Jadhav, appears shall be transferred to the Jt. Charity Commissioner, Latur. It is not a case that specific transfer of petitioner's matter has been directed. As contended by advocate Mr.Thombre, if petitioner changes Advocate, his matter will have to be continued before the Deputy Charity Commissioner, Beed. Needless to state that, if petitioner files Vakalatnama of any other advocate by replacing Mr. Jadhav, matter will have to be proceeded before the Deputy Charity Commissioner, at Beed.
