P.C.:- 1) Mr. Patil, learned Advocate appearing for the Respondent Nos.2, 3 and 8 on instructions from Mr. Rohidas Bangar submitted that, the Taluka Co-operative Election Officer and Assistant Registrar, Co-operative Society MMR, SRA, Thane is withdrawing its Communication dated 12th December 2025 (Exhibit-D) and the subsequent Letter dated 26th December 2025 with immediate effect. That, the Taluka Co-operative Election Officer will declare fresh election programme for finalization of voters' lists. That, in the event the Petitioners' grievance for objections pertaining to the list of voters still subsists, he may raise the said objections which will be decided 1/2

Manoj 43-WP-1385-2026.doc as per Rule 8 of the Maharashtra Co-operative Societies (Election to Committee) Rules, 2014. The said statements are accepted. 2) In view of the above, the prayers in the Petition are worked out and nothing further survives in the Petition at this stage. 3) Petition is accordingly disposed off.
