The petitioner-Trust seeks to challenge Public Tender Notice dated 21st January 2026 as illegal and null & void. 2.

The petitioner-Trust seems to be aggrieved by the action of the respondent-authority which did not obtain NOC from it for organizing various games and installing shops on the occasion of Urus of Pir Karam Ali Shah Baba. The petitioner-Trust further states that it has participated in the tendering process and submitted its bid.

In view thereof, there is no necessity to adjudicate validity of the tender and this Writ Petition no.1394 of 2026 stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioner-Trust to explore remedy in law if subject tender is not awarded to it.
