It is the submission of Mr. Yuvraj Narwankar, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No.4 that the Petitioner has no locus standi to file the writ petition. He further submits that the petition has been filed with oblique purposes.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner relied on the judgments of the Supreme Court in the case of Banglore Medical Trust vs. B.S. Muddappa and Ors.1 as also in case of Ramani Vs. Tamil Nadu Slum-Clearance Board & Ors.2. He states that the Petitioner is (1991) 4 SCC 54 (2022) 16 SCC 395 Uday S. Jagtap 1 of

He submits that without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the Petitioner, the Petitioner will deposit in this Court an amount of Rs.5 lakh by 29th April 2026.
