Mr. Shrikant Sonkawade, Advocate for the Petitioner Mr. S.B. Narwade, AGP for Respondents/State CORAM : SMT. VIBHA KANKANWADI & HITEN S. VENEGAVKAR, JJ.
DATE : 06 FEBRUARY 2026 ORDER :
.
Present petitioners are the land owners, whose lands have been acquired by Respondents/Authorities in the year 2001. Even the award pertaining to the land acquisition has been passed by learned Collector, Latur after determining the amount of compensation in the year 2001 itself. However, physical possession of the lands was never taken, but the revenue entries were effected in the revenue records of the acquired [1]
