The tribe claims of the petitioners of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe are pending since 6.8.2018 and

(2) 16- W.P. 1422-2026.odt 24.01.2025 respectively with the respondent No.2/Scrutiny Committee.

Since the petitioners are desirous of prosecuting their higher studies, we direct the respondent No.2/ Scrutiny committee to decide the tribe claim of the petitioners as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.
