The Petitioner being aspirant to get admission to the Health Science Course, on 10th September 2024 while prosecuting studies in 12th standard, referred his Tribe claim to respondent No.2- the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Pune Division, Pune, for verification, so also appeared for NEET (UG) 2026 Examination. 3.

Upon perusal of the record, it is seen that Petitioner on 22nd May 2025 and 27th October 2025 requested the Committee members to ZIP

In the circumstances, Respondent No. 2 - the Scheduled Tribe Certificate Scrutiny Committee, Pune Division, Pune, is directed to decide the pending caste claim of the Petitioner within a period of 12 weeks from the date of production of this order. 5.

All issues raised by the Petitioner are kept open. 6.
