On 20th April 2026, this Court had passed the following order : "1. Mr. Mangle, learned counsel for respondent no. 3 states that if a substantial amount, out of due amount is deposited by the petitioners with respondent no. 3, respondent no. 3 can consider the One Time Settlement proposal (for short, "OTS").

2. Mr. Pawar, learned counsel for the petition, on instructions, states that on or before 4th May 2026, he will deposit an amount of Rs. 8,00,000/- with respondent no. 3

3. Stand over to 5th May 2026 at 2.30 p.m."

Pursuant to the said order dated 20th April 2026, a Demand Draft of Rs. 8,00,000/- has been handed over today by the learned counsel for the petitioner to the learned counsel for respondent No. 3. The learned counsel for respondent No. 3 accepts the same.

Mr. Mangle, learned counsel for respondent No. 3, tenders a letter dated 5th May 2026 of the Authorised Officer of respondent No. 3. The said letter is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. For ease of reference, the relevant portion of the said letter is scanned and reproduced hereinbelow:

Thus, the writ petition is disposed of by consent of the petitioner and Respondent No. 3 by passing the following order: (i) The petitioner shall submit One Time Settlement proposal to Respondent No. 3 on or before 22nd May 2026.

(ii) The Respondent No. 3 shall dispose of the One Time Settlement on or before 12th June 2026.

(iii) Till disposal of the One Time Settlement proposal, no coercive steps be taken against the petitioner.

All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
