Heard Mr. Sale, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and Mr. Kalel, learned AGP, for the Respondent-State of Maharashtra. 2.

Although various reliefs are sought in this Writ Petition, prayer clause (a) seeks direction that Respondent No.1-State of Maharashtra to process the Application dated 26th October 2021 of the Petitioners. 3.

Mr. Kalel, learned AGP, states that the said Application dated 26th October 2021 is, in fact, being processed, and that the Collector, Satara, has submitted a report to the Department of Revenue and Forest of the State of Maharashtra.

As the said Application dated 26th October 2021 has been pending for last ive years, we direct Respondent No.1 to decide the said Application expeditiously, on or before 31st July 2026. Arjun
