The tribe claims of the petitioners are stated to have been

(2) 21- W.P. 1454-2026.odt pending with the respondent No.2/Tribe Committee since 06.08.2018 and 23.01.2026 respectively of belonging to "Mannervarlu" Scheduled Tribe.

The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners need the validity certificate since they are desirous of appearing for MS-CET 2026.

Considering the same, we direct the respondent No.2/Tribe Committee to make an endeavour to decide the tribe claims of the petitioners by the end of June 2026.
