Present petition is filed with following prayer : "(C) May kindly be Directed to to the Learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, At Gangapur to Decide the Regular Darkhast No.09/2002 in Regular Civil Suit No.199/1995 within two months or as stipulated by this Hon'ble Court." 2.

Writ Petition in present form would not be maintainable, however, this Court observes that Regular Darkhast No.09 of 2002 is pending before learned Civil Judge, Junior Division, Gangapur for adjudication till this date. Learned advocate appearing for petitioner informs that evidence of parties has been recorded. 3.

In that view of matter, writ petition can be disposed of with innocuous direction that Executing Court shall endeavour to expeditiously decide proceeding pending before him and in any case within a period of eight months from today.

Writ Petition stands disposed of.
