20th FEBRUARY 2026 PC:- In this writ petition which was filed on 19th January 2026 and numbered on 30th January 2026, the petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 12th January 2026 by which his nomination paper has been rejected by the 3rd respondent -Deputy District Collector (Revenue), Amravati. 2.

In our opinion remedy of the petitioner is to file an election petition, if at all maintainable at his instance. 3.

In view of this, Writ Petition No. 1493 of 2026 is disposed of.
