Present petition has been filed to give directions to respondent No.2 to decide the proposal dated 07.06.2025 for grant of approval to the appointment of the petitioner within stipulated time. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and upon instructions from respondent No.2 makes a statement that respondent No.2 would decide the proposal dated 07.06.2025 within a period of six weeks from today.
