The Petition is filed seeking following prayers: "a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to issue a writ of mandamus or writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ to expedite and hear the said R.A.E. & R. Suit No.669 of 2022 in a time bound way and to dispose of the same in the time bound manner as prescribed by this Hon'ble Court.

b) for costs.

c) For such other and further reliefs as the nature and circumstances of the case may require be granted."

I am afraid, this Court is not aware about pendency position before the Court of Small Causes Court at Mumbai. Therefore, it would be appropriate for this Court to fix any time limit for decision of the Suit. Petition is gross abuse of process of law. Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed.
