Present petition has been filed for following relief :- "C.
By issuing writ of mandamus or any other suitable Writ in the like nature or any suitable order in the like nature, the Respondents be directed to make necessary enquiry by giving hearing to the petitioner as per his complaints/applications dated 10.01.2022 and 11.12.2025 (Exhibit H and I) submitted by petitioner and as stated in petition and to take necessary criminal action against the culprits and to take action for cancellation of all sale deed effected for selling all the plots of society as prayed in petition and as per Complaints dated 10.01.2022 and 11.12.2025 (Exhibit H and I) as per the provisions of law applicable to that effect within 4 weeks from today." Taking into consideration the contentions in the petition, at the most, the representations/applications made by the petitioner before respondent No.2 can be asked to be decided. Rest of the prayers cannot be allowed in this petition, at this stage.

Though the learned AGP, who waives notice for respondent No.2, states that he could not get the instructions, we dispose of the writ petition by directing respondent No.2 to decide the representations/applications dated 10.01.2022 and 11.12.2025 within a period of eight weeks from today.
