1. Heard Mr. Bhushan Jadhav, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. V.M. Mali, learned AGP for the respondent 1 to 4/State. 2.

As a very limited relief has been sought by the petitioner, it is not necessary to issue notice to respondent nos.5 and 6, i.e. private respondents.

It is a submission of Mr. Bhushan Jadhav, learned counsel appearing for petitioner, that Revision Application No. 667/2008 filed by the petitioner has not been decided for last about 17 years. He submits that last date of hearing was 25/05/2022. He submits that the said revision be directed to be disposed of expeditiously.

Accordingly, in the facts and circumstances, we request the Minister

912wp1514.2026..odt of Cooperation, State of Maharashtra, to dispose of the said Revision No. 667/2008 expeditiously on or before 31/08/2026. 5.

It is clarified that this Court has not considered merits, and all contentions on merits are expressely kept open. 6.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of in the above terms with no order as to costs.
