Present petition has been filed to give directions to respondent Nos.1 and 2 to decide the petitioner's application/representation dated 28.04.2025 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act for assistance in taking possession of the secured asset, within stipulated period. Learned AGP waives notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 and upon instructions from respondent Nos.1 and 2 makes a statement that respondent No.2 would decide the petitioner's application/representation dated 28.04.2025 within a period of two weeks from today.
