CORAM: N.J.JAMADAR, J.

DATE :

10 FEBRUARY 2026 P.C.

1.

Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2.

Learned APP, on instructions, submits that, within a period of one week, the Appellate Authority would pass an order in the appeal preferred by the Petitioner against an order cancelling the entertainment licence. 3.

By an order dated 23 December 2025, this Court has directed the Appellate Authority to decide the appeal within a period of four weeks. It seems that the said direction has not been complied with. However, since the Competent Authority has cancelled the licence of the Petitioner and the appeal is pending before the Appellate Authority, by way of final indulgence, the Writ Petition be listed on 17 February 2026.
