At the outset, Mr. Sutar, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is restricting the reliefs claimed in this petition to prayer clause (b), i.e., to consider and decide the representation dated 16th March 2026 submitted by the Petitioner to the Respondent No.3-District Deputy Registrar, Co-operative Societies, District Co-operative Election Oicer.

Mr. Naik, learned AGP submits that the said representation dated 16th March 2026 will be decided by the District Deputy Registrar, Cooperative Societies, District Co-operative Election Oicer within 15 days from today.
